FAQ’s Tickets

Q1. How can I buy tickets?

A. We sell our tickets on this website, see the Tickets page, and at two outlets in Beaumaris.
The Bull Hotel and Tinkers and Belles both on Castle Street, Beaumaris.
See their sites for opening times. Please note that both businesses help us on a voluntary basis and we try to minimise their workload.

Q2. I’m not sure how many people will be coming with me. Can I have tickets put aside for me?

A. No, all tickets ordered must be paid for in advance. However, not all performances sell out and it may be possible to buy tickets on the door.

Q3. There are four in our party and only 3 tickets left online. What should we do?

A. Email angleseycastleplayers@gmail.com to determine whether the performance is sold out. If not we will often add some tickets to the online system or you may collect another ticket from our two outlets on Beaumaris Castle Street.

Q4. Can I book specific seats?

A. No. Seats are not numbered. However, doors open half an hour before the performance time and arriving early should enable you to find suitable seating.

Q5. I have or want to book online but I don’t have a printer. What can I do?

A. Each online booking has a unique booking reference which you will find in your confirmation email. Please write this and the email address you used down and show them at the door.
